Scott Klenk

Scott Klenk was named senior vice president, human capital management in August 2009. In this position, he continues to establish and execute short- and long-range staffing, compensation, employee benefits, and corporate learning plans to support the organization’s strategic direction.
Klenk has more than 20 years of experience in human resources management, and joined CDPHP in February 2005 as vice president, human resources. Prior to joining CDPHP, he served as vice president, human resources, at Community Medical Center Healthcare System in Pennsylvania, and vice president, human resources and operations, at ICS Learning Systems.
Klenk earned a master’s degree in industrial relations from Marywood University, Scranton, Pa., and a bachelor’s degree in sociology from East Stroudsburg State College, East Stroudsburg, Pa. He also holds senior professional human resources certification (SPHR) and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
