CDPHP is more than just your health plan; we’re also your neighbor. We take great pride in our community and strive to serve our members and help them stay healthy through our plans, programs, and sponsorship and community service opportunities.
Since our inception, we have made it our mission each year to steadfastly promote the health of our community and support a host of worthwhile civic and cultural programs, activities, and local events in our membership regions. We’ve been recognized with several awards and honors for our strong corporate citizenship.
