Staying healthy takes more than visiting your doctor for checkups. It’s important to take care of your "whole" self – body, mind, and spirit. That’s why CDPHP has partnered with Healthways WholeHealth Networks to bring you the Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) program of discounted services and valuable online wellness tools.
The CAM program gives you discounts on fitness center memberships and complementary health care services such as:
- Acupuncture, chiropractic, massage
- Yoga, personal training, and other exercise specialties
- Mind/Body therapies
- Nutrition counseling and vitamins
- Health-related magazine subscriptions
CDPHP members with ASO, HMO, PPO, High-Deductible PPO, EPO, Medicare, and Healthy New York plans are eligible for the Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) program discounts.
Members can go to the CAM website, or call Healthways WholeHealth Networks at 1-800-274-7526 to inquire about participating practitioners and fitness centers in your area. Then, simply present your CDPHP member ID card to a participating practitioner or fitness center to receive your discount.
