Support and Counseling

CDPHP offers members* personal assistance and a variety of resources for coping with behavioral health issues. Our relationship with community behavioral health and medical providers gives you a complete interface for your total health care.

Members can call the CDPHP Behavioral Health Access Center toll-free at 1-888-320-9584 for help in utilizing their behavioral health benefits. That line is available 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. Callers will immediately be connected to a clinical intake specialist who collects basic information needed to determine the level of urgency, type of care needed, and the provider best suited to meet the individual’s needs. Clinical intake specialists utilize a comprehensive database to assist members in finding the appropriate providers.
