CDPHP provides the following corporate press materials to be used as references for the media and our business partners to effectively and appropriately highlight our organization in approved marketing or communications materials.

 

Please contact a member of the CDPHP Public Relations team to obtain CDPHP logos for use within the media.

 

Community organizations partnering with CDPHP may also request the use of our logo. Please contact our director of community affairs for approval.
