Federal Employee Options for 2010
Open Enrollment runs from November 9 through December 14, 2009. Federal employees who live or work in the Capital Region, Central New York, and Hudson Valley can participate in CDPHP Universal Benefits, Inc. (CDPHP UBI).
- High and Standard Option - both plans cover the same services and provider network but vary in the out-of-pocket costs and premiums.

Wherever you travel, whether for school, work or vacation, CDPHP UBI covers urgent and emergency care.
In College
CDPHP UBI covers college students attending school out of the service area for emergencies and pre-authorized urgent and follow-up care when school is in session.
Prescription Drugs
Members with prescription drug coverage through CDPHP UBI can get their prescriptions filled at a large selection of participating chain and selected independent pharmacies.
Simply pay a prescription drug copayment or coinsurance as outlined by the plan in which you’re enrolled. Members can obtain a 90-day supply using the Mail Order Option. For more information go to Rx Corner.
Medicare Coverage
CDPHP UBI offers the same benefits to Medicare-eligible annuitants; CDPHP UBI coordinates with Medicare.

CDPHP member service representatives are available to answer inquiries, respond to concerns, and provide materials quickly and efficiently. Simply call 1-877-269-2134, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., or contact Member Services.
Spanish-speaking representatives and a translation service for other languages are available. A TDD system for the hearing-impaired is available at 1-877-261-1164.

To help non-English speaking members, the CDPHP Member Services staff includes Spanish-speaking representatives. CDPHP also makes available a telephone translation service for other languages. Member Services staff also can help you find a practitioner who speaks your language.
