Mission accomplished! Bruce Nash, MD, MBA, stands before a fictional, futuristic Times Union article at the recent eForum. The CDPHP medical home pilot was conceived and expanded to sustain primary care.

In a continued commitment to pursue HIT initiatives, and promote education and access to practitioners throughout New York state, CDPHP recently hosted eForum 2010, an interactive, state-of-the-art technology conference for the medical community.

In conjunction with the Medical Society of New York State (MSSNY), the conference brought together national and regional speakers to decipher the meaning of meaningful use and enhance the value of health care delivery.

At the eForum, CDPHP also announced the second phase of its patient-centered medical home pilot increasing practice participation from the original three practices to up to 24 practices. The new phase has the potential to encompass 100 area practitioners serving nearly 100K members in the Capital Region.
