Nick Kraft joined CDPHP in 2022 and currently serves as chief growth officer. In this role, Nick leads all efforts around member growth and retention, as well as underwriting and marketing, which have never been more important as CDPHP strives build an integrated delivery system that puts members’ needs first.
Nick comes to CDPHP from Healthfirst in New York City, where he most recently served as vice president of marketing and customer experience. Nick championed, led, and executed Healthfirst’s data-driven, customer-centric transformation by driving customer experience improvements across the entire enterprise.
He earned a B.A. in history from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio.
