Ned Jaleel, DO, MMM, CHIE, joined CDPHP in 2016 and currently serves as vice president of member health and senior medical director. In this role, Dr. Jaleel leads a team of medical directors dedicated to achieving the quadruple aim in our regional health care system. He is also the chairman of the quality management committee and serves as medical director for the special investigation unit.
Prior to joining CDPHP, he was the lead physician informaticist for hospital EHR development at Meditech Corporation. He has also held several positions with St. Peter’s Health Partners/St. Mary’s Hospital, including physician informaticist and medical director of hospitalist program.
Board certified in internal medicine and hospice and palliative medicine, Dr. Jaleel earned a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine, a Master of Medical Management from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business, and a graduate certificate in health information technology from George Washington University.
Dr. Jaleel enjoys hiking, skiing, and spending time with his family and their very sweet Irish Doodle.
