On June 3, 2024, Capital District Physicians’ Health Plan, Inc. (CDPHP^®) filed anticipated premium rate changes with the New York State Department of Financial Services (NYSDFS) for our community-rated Large Group plans. Affected employer groups and members have been notified regarding a 30-day period to contact CDPHP or NYSDFS to request additional information about these rate requests, or to submit written comments to NYSDFS as indicated below.
