Fitness programs to keep you healthy and happy
CDPHP has teamed up with the area’s preeminent fitness center to improve the health and well-being of residents throughout the community. The Rudy A. Ciccotti Family Recreation Center – known throughout the region and across the country as New York’s only medically integrated fitness center – is now known as CDPHP Fitness Connect at the Ciccotti Center!
CDPHP Fitness Connect at the Ciccotti Center provides a series of programs and benefits to CDPHP members:
- Kids on the Move – 8-week individualized medical fitness program designed for children ages 7 – 15.
- Discounted rate of $50 (regularly $74) for all other CDPHP members
- Plus, you may be eligible for full reimbursement upon completion of the program.
- MyFitRx™ – 8-week medically integrated fitness program for adults living with chronic conditions and those managing a medical condition.
- No cost for CDPHP Medicare Advantage members
- Discounted rate of $50 (regularly $99) for all other CDPHP members
- Plus, you may be eligible for full reimbursement upon completion of the program.
- Senior Fit – Unlimited access to the fitness center, including 25-yard lap pool, group exercise studio, massage therapy, and more.
- No cost for CDPHP Medicare Advantage members.

Fitness Reimbursement
If you are unable to make it to CDPHP Fitness Connect at the Ciccotti Center, you may be eligible for up to $400 in fitness reimbursement per plan year for going to another gym or attending a digital fitness class. Covered dependents can earn up to $200 in reimbursements (up to $600 per contract), including money back for youth sports fees for members under age 18.*
* The fitness reimbursement benefit does not apply to all plans. To determine if you have this benefit, log in to your member account and look for “Fitness Reimbursement” in the Your Coverage box. You can also call the number on your ID card to confirm eligibility.
