What is Medicaid HARP?
CDPHP offers a Health and Recovery Plan, or HARP. This plan offers the same services as our Medicaid plan, plus additional benefits called Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) for those who are eligible. These services can help support your mental health and substance use recovery. When enrolling in the CDPHP HARP plan, you can keep the providers you are currently seeing in your Medicaid plan.
