Simple Steps to Better Health
Healthy Direction is an employer-sponsored program administered by CDPHP. The program consists of small, simple tasks that your employer selects for you to complete.
The tasks are designed to help you take control of your health and well-being – things like visiting your Primary Care Provider (PCP), taking a Personal Health Assessment (PHA), or getting a biometric screening.
Rewards for completing the program may include gift cards, company events, or contributions to a health funding account provided by your employer.
